Roof Repairs Done Right the First Time

A small leak is cheap to fix. The ceiling, insulation and framing it ruins are not. Our Texas roof repair services cover everything from a single blown-off shingle to storm damage across an entire slope — and we tell you honestly when a repair is the wrong call and a replacement is the smarter spend.

Every repair starts with a full inspection, not a guess from the driveway. Cody photographs what he finds, walks you through it, and gives you a written price before anything gets touched.

As a roof repairs contractor serving Fort Bend County and Greater Houston, we work on homes in Richmond, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Katy, Cypress and across the Houston area — usually within the same week you call.

What we fix

What Our Texas Roof Repair Services Cover

Most repairs fall into one of six jobs. Tap any of them to see how we handle it. Whichever one you’re looking at, the price is written down before work starts and the workmanship is covered for 10 years.

Roof Leaks

We trace the leak to its actual source, not the stain on your ceiling.

The wet patch on your ceiling is almost never under the hole. Water runs along decking and rafters before it drops, sometimes ten feet from where it got in. So we inspect the roof, the attic and every flashing point together, find where the water actually enters, and rebuild that spot properly. It is slower than sealing the nearest gap, and it is the reason our repairs are still dry after the next storm. You get photos of the source before and after, so you can see what you paid for.

Missing or Damaged Shingles

Blown-off, cracked or curling shingles replaced and colour-matched.

A few missing shingles after a windy night is the most common call we get in Fort Bend County, and the cheapest problem you will ever have on a roof — if you handle it now. Every gap exposes the underlayment and the nail line of the course above it. We replace the missing shingles, check the surrounding courses for lifted seals, and match the colour as closely as the manufacturer still allows. On roofs over ten years old, an exact match is rarely possible; we will show you the difference before we start.

Storm & Hail Damage

Wind and hail damage repaired and fully documented for your insurer.

Texas storms do two kinds of damage: the kind you can see from the yard, and the kind that only shows as bruised shingles and lost granules. Both shorten the life of the roof. We photograph every slope, document what the storm did, and repair it properly. If the damage is widespread enough to be an insurance job, you will have the evidence in hand before you speak to your insurer — you file the claim, we prove the damage and meet the adjuster on the roof.

Flashing & Valleys

Chimneys, skylights, vents and valleys — where roofs actually fail first.

Shingles get blamed for most leaks. Flashing causes them. The metal around your chimney, skylights, vents and valleys takes the most movement and the most water, and it is the first thing to fail on an otherwise healthy roof. It is also the thing most often sealed with a tube of caulk by whoever came before us. Caulk buys a season. We strip the failed flashing, rebuild the detail, and tie it back into the shingle courses so the water goes where it is supposed to go.

Decking & Rot Repair

Soft or rotted decking replaced before the new shingles go down.

If the deck under your shingles has been wet for months, new shingles on top of it are a waste of money — there is nothing solid to nail into, and the rot keeps spreading. We sound the deck during the inspection, cut out anything soft, replace it with new sheathing, and only then lay the roof back. We never cover up rot, and if we find more of it than the estimate allowed, we stop and show you before we carry on.

Emergency Tarping

Roof opened up by a storm? We tarp it fast while the repair is scheduled.

When a tree limb or a storm opens the roof, the damage stops being about the roof within hours — it becomes drywall, insulation, flooring and belongings. We get out fast, tarp the opening properly so it holds through the next band of weather, and schedule the repair behind it. Tarping is a stopgap, not a fix, and we will tell you exactly how long it will hold.

Warning signs

Signs It’s Time to Call a Roof Repairs Contractor

If you recognise any of these, get it looked at before the next storm.

  • Water stains or bubbling paint on ceilings and walls
  • Shingles missing, cracked, curling or scattered in the yard
  • Granules collecting in gutters and downspouts
  • Daylight visible through the attic boards
  • Sagging anywhere along the roofline
  • Damp or musty smell in the attic after rain
  • A neighbour’s roof being replaced after the same storm
  • Roof over 15 years old with no inspection since

    Common questions

Roof Repair Questions We Get Asked

    01

How much does roof repair cost in Houston?

Small repairs like a few shingles or a flashing fix sit at the low end; structural or storm work costs more. You get an exact number in writing after the inspection, never a phone guess.

    02

Do you really give a free estimate for roof repair?

Yes. The inspection and the written estimate are free, with no obligation and nothing to sign on the spot.

    03

How fast can you get out here?

Most Fort Bend County and Houston-area homes get an inspection within a day or two, and emergency tarping the same day when a roof is open.

    04

Should I repair or replace my roof?

If the damage is localised and the roof has life left, repair. If it’s widespread, or the roof is past 20 years, replacement usually costs less over time. We tell you which one you’re looking at.

    05

Do you repair roofs damaged by hail?

Yes, and we photograph and document everything so you have proper evidence if you decide to file a claim. You file with your insurer; we prove the damage.

    06

    What areas do you cover?

Fort Bend County and Greater Houston — Richmond, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford, Rosenberg, Houston, Katy, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Pearland and League City.
